The new Goddard School located at Geneva Crossing, is looking for caring and energetic Lead Infant Teachers to join our team! We are looking for someone who is patient, courteous, and professional with children, parents and co-workers.

Lead teacher responsibilities include:

Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
Planning and implementing project-based lesson plans that match student’s development needs and interests.
Interacting with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
Establishing positive communications with the parents.
Performing observations to be documented in each child's portfolio and assessments as needed.
Adhering to Goddard's Quality Assurance standards.
Using computer-based and written assessment tools
Committing to continuing education and staying current on the latest early childhood practices

We are looking for a lead teacher who has a degree in early childhood education or a related field, experience in a licensed center, and is teacher qualified.
